Key Responsibilities:
Accurately measure and assess clients' kitchen spaces to ensure the precise fitting of cabinets, appliances, countertops, and other components.
Read and interpret design plans and specifications to properly install kitchen components.
Collaborate with our team of designers and project managers to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Install and adjust kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, and other components according to design plans and industry standards.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and provide efficient and effective solutions.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the installation process.
Communicate proactively with clients and team members to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Kitchen Fitter, Carpenter, or similar role.
Strong understanding of kitchen design principles, materials, and installation techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.
Ability to read and interpret design plans and specifications.
Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
